Deck Box P-55 Petrobras
Quip S/AThis project has become a landmark for Survey Control, where we had the chance to halt it´s first topographic boundary, and closely monitor one of the biggest challenges to engineering which was the completion of the Mating. Our participation was fundamental on all levels of this project, where we acted generating each cut of the whole structure and also integrating all Modules and the integrated Deck Box structure. 4 years of dedication were employed and great challenges were overcome for this great project.
Surveying of P-55 Flare
Metasa S/AWith the results obtained from the P-55 project, doors opened to other customers who viewed in Survey Control, a straight company, capable of solving and meeting their needs, with this in mind a contract was signed for surveying of the P-55 Flare, which ended up being performed until conclusion, and integrated on the Deck Box, which also was part of our scope.
Surveying of Generation Module
Dresser-Rand Inc.Another important achievement for Survey Control was the contract signed with the reputable company Dresser-Rand , creator of solutions for the oil shipbuilding industry, manufacturer of the P-55 generator modules, its precise assembly, needed a company able to provide accurate measurements, in this project we generated the dimensional of several points with precision and also in its integration with the Deck Box.
Surveying FPSO P-58
CQG Construções Off-Shore S/AA large contract for the company, where we acted during the whole structural integration, piping and equipment, which due to its fundamental role was congratulated for participating and succeeding on the enterprise, becoming a reference for shipbuilding. 2 years were dedicated in this project, and with them a great satisfaction of a job successfully delivered.
Surveying of P-63 Flare
CQG Construções Off-Shore S/AThrough acting in surveying and monitoring the manufacture of the Flare, Survey Control was invited to check the manufacture of the Platform P-63 Flare, being very important for the project to have a capacitated and result reliable company for this type of service.
Surveying of P-55 Jumpers
UTC Engenharia S/AExpanding its experience in surveying, Survey Control has today an important role together with UTC Engineering, the company responsible for manufacturing the Platforms Jumpers, who relied upon us for this employment, which required a highly capacitated company to follow up the manufacture and surveying of the whole assembly, work of great challenge, as same involved great precision and short term for delivery of the product. The work is being done with great success and recognition from the costumer and also from Petrobras, which is satisfied with the results obtained for each coupling.
Platforms Surveying and 3D Laser Scanning
Engevix - Ecovix Construções Oceânicas S/A / PetrobrasThe Survey Control signs contract with Ecovix/Petrobras to perform the surveying services of replicating platforms Petrobras P-66/P-67/P-69/P-70/P-71/P-72/P-73 at Rio Grande Shipyard - Brazil. In this project the information generated is used as a comparative to the final assembly and integration. Through by coordinated binding system that works independently of the ship's position, the results are obtained, which then serve as the basis for tying the 3D point cloud using the Laser Scanner held at the end of each project.
Surveying Pancakes P-75
QGI Brasil S/AFor this project the QGI Brasil had the trust of the Survey Control, which with its historical projects was hired to run the surveying of P-75 Petrobras modules pancakes platform, which had as a short-term accuracy and reliability goal for the measurements.
