Our History
THE COMPANY
Founded in February of 2009 in Rio de Janeiro by members Alex Benjamin and Diogo Andrade, professionals with more than 11 years of experience in large projects, SURVEY CONTROL arises with the purpose to meet the needs of the market, which has been demanding ever more technology solutions through specialized companies in Dimensional Control and 3D Laser Scanning. Since then SURVEY CONTROL is becoming increasingly important not only for cutting-edge technology, but also due to the vast experience of its founders, always active in projects, which have the expertise needed to deliver solutions in accordance with the characteristic and need of each client, without losing the essence, the accuracy and guarantee of the results of the services rendered, the result also conquered through excellence in the execution of each job, both in commitment, as in the dedication of each employee involved in the project.

January, 2010
First Contract
In January 2010, Survey Control conquers its first customer, QUIP S.A., to be in charge for all the dimensional control of the Petrobras Platform P-55, in the city of Rio Grande, RS.
March, 2011
Head Officer Transfer
In March of 2011, due to the large work demand offered in Southern Brazil, Survey Control moves headquarters to the city of Rio Grande, RS.
Maio, 2011
New Customer
In May 2011, Survey Control signs a new contract with Metasa Montagens e Construçoes Ltda, for dimensional control of the Flare Tower.
August, 2011
New Equipment
In August 2011, Survey Control starts to work with the Total Stations Leica TS11.
March, 2012
New Customer
In March 2012, Survey Control conquers another important customer and signs a new contract with CQG-Construções Offshore S.A., to take care of Dimensional Control and Laser Scanning of the Petrobras Platform P-58, in Rio Grande, RS.
July, 2012
New Equipment
In July 2012, Survey Control updates its line of equipment, and acquires the newest model of Total Stations Leica, the new TS15.
August, 2012
New Customer
In August 2012, Survey Control signs new contract with Dresser-Rand do Brasil Ltda, for dimensional control of the generation modules.
April, 2013
Reaching Goals
In April 2013, Survey Control scores another conquest, being the first Latin American company to acquire the Scan Station Leica P-20.
Abril, 2013
New Phase
In April 2013, Survey Control concluded registering together with Petrobras, the CRCC, reaching maximum score for all of the variables.
November, 2013
New Customer
In November 2013, Survey Control conquers yet one more important customer, signing a new contract with UTC Engenharia S.A., for Dimensional Control in manufacturing of the DRS (Diverless rigid Spool), jobsite basis UTC Niteroi, RJ, Brazil.
October, 2014
New Customer
In October 2014, the Survey Control signs contract with Ecovix / Petrobras for the execution of Surveying services including 3D Laser Scanning for the hulls of replicating platforms Petrobras P-66 / P-67 / P-69 / P-70 / P-71 / P-72 / P-73 in the Rio Grande Shipyard - Brazil.
October, 2014
Pancakes FPSO P-75
In February 2015, the Survey Control is hired by QGI Brasil for Surveying verification of Petrobras P-75 modules pancakes platform in Rio Grande - Brazil.
